Imagine going on a field trip every week and being given a bag so that you can collect all the knowledge experience and professionalism you need to continue to be productive in the world of real estate. This is what my broker Alex Ruiz provides for me almost every Tuesday at our broker meeting. I hurry like a kid because I know I will be greeted with a smile ?? and be given the tools to make every real estate transaction as smooth as possible. Alex encourages us to share the good the bad and the ugly of real estate.There is nothing like being prepared for the unknown (knowledge shared among us is priceless) Alex reminds us to be grateful giving and kind to everyone we meet. Hi, my name is Jordan Gonzalez, I have been only in The Keyes Company for 3 and a half month's, since the first day I stepped in the Miami Lakes Keyes office I was greeted with a warm "Welcome". I had previously met other Keyes agents from the Miami Lakes location from my former employer which allowed me to feel more comfortable in the work place. Aside from knowing a few agents, the other agents I met all introduced themselves and offered they're help to me. It has been proven to me in the short term of me being part of the Miami Lakes Keyes Family that all agents were true and have always included me in events, conversations, and helped me when I'm in doubt. As for our Broker and head Manager Alex Ruiz, he's always available and gives us the best advice in a firm, realistic, yet kind and professional attitude.
